About the Founder

Haley Chapman is a California based clothing boutique owner with a background in fashion retail and merchandising. She opened her first boutique in 2019 and now operates locations in Santa Ynez and Santa Barbara’s Funk Zone.

Staying true to her California roots, Haley founded Rodeo Riviera, a concept inspired by Santa Barbara often referred to as “The American Riviera” with a western influence. The brand blends coastal style with a modern country aesthetic reflective of both Santa Barbara and the Santa Ynez Valley.

Each location offers thoughtfully curated apparel along with Rodeo Riviera’s signature custom trucker hat bar. Haley continues to build her boutiques with a focus on quality, curation, and an elevated yet approachable retail environment.
